Dr. Sina Birkholz

In my early thirties I faced a personal crisis. At this moment I encountered Breathwork and shamanism for the first time. They instantaneously opened doors which I never even knew existed.

Today I feel freer and more myself than ever before.

For some years now, I have been taking a deep dive into Breathwork, shamanism, and mindfulness. Thanks to these, I have been able to turn my life around – and for the better. Today, I am happier, healthier, and freer than I have ever been.

I feel more grounded and connected; I have more space to give and receive true love, more independent of my societal conditioning; I am able to spend large chunks of my time feeling comfortable in my own skin and being at peace with myself, my life, and the world around me. In my acting, thinking , and feeling I am enjoying much larger degrees of freedom. Health issues that I had been struggling with for years receded. I get to experience many moments of flow and have the privilege of mostly spending my (working) time with things that I enjoy and consider valuable, to me and the world.

Today my goal is to share the tools and philosophy of Breathwork, shamanism, and mindfulness with all those who would like to transform their lives.
