How many sessions do I need?
Transformation takes time. Healing takes time.
That’s why I prefer to work with people over a period of 3 to 6 months. Every issue you want to resolve has multiple layers, and it's worth exploring them thoroughly.
The more space and time you give yourself for your process, the deeper and more lasting your transformation can be. At the same time, my approach to transformational work—if it resonates with you and your concerns—usually requires no more than 10 sessions to set the key impulses.
Currently, with few exceptions, I only accept clients who are ready to commit to a deeper process and work with me over several months. A series of 10 sessions has proven helpful for most people and concerns. In these sessions, we combine Breathwork, Compassionate Inquiry, IFS, and shamanic practices as needed.
Sessions take place online, either weekly or every two weeks, so that overall we work together for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Between sessions, I offer integration support via email or WhatsApp (if desired), and you’ll receive tailored recommendations for practices you can do on your own between sessions, if needed.
Held and supported in this way, you’ll be able to compassionately explore your issues in depth, get to the root of things, courageously initiate deep transformation, and begin to firmly anchor the new way of feeling and being in your daily life.
